Producers & Default Commission %
Each producer's default is applied at finalize time — overriding the month-level split entered
on the workflow page for that producer's rows. Leave blank to fall back to the month-level
default (typically 50%). Edits save automatically when you click away from the field or press Enter.

Add a Producer
Pick an existing user and assign them a producer code (the Epic
ServicingRole employee code — e.g.
MOSBR1).
New users have to be created in Admin first.
Active Carriers
Built-in carriers ship with the app and can only be removed by a code change. PDF (vision) carriers
can be added here — uploads route to the Anthropic vision parser. CSV / XLS carriers each need a
format mapper in
commissions/parsers/csv.js,
so they can't be added at runtime. Click Edit above to change statement sources.

Add a New Carrier
New carriers immediately appear on the workflow page. PDF carriers route to the Anthropic vision
parser and work right away. CSV / XLS carriers still need a format mapper in
commissions/parsers/csv.js
before uploads parse — register the carrier here, then ping a developer.
Auto-Calibrated CSV / Excel Formats
When you upload a CSV or Excel export for a carrier we haven't seen before,
we ask Claude to map the columns onto Meridian's commission schema and save
the result here. Future uploads with the same header reuse the saved mapping
instantly — no model call needed. If a mapping ever turns out to be wrong,
delete it and the next upload will re-calibrate.
