The snapshot walks every active producer's book in Epic, fetches all line-level data in the expiration window, and indexes by line-producer so user syncs return their actual book (including policies where they're on a line but not the client-level producer). Runs automatically every night at 02:00 Mountain. Manual refresh takes 20–40 minutes.

Check a code to make it appear in the activity type dropdown on the policy-change form's File to Epic modal. The Selected tab shows what's offered today; the Available tab lists the rest of the cached Epic codes (100+ rows, most irrelevant to a policy change) so you can add more later. The cache refreshes automatically with the monthly policy index; use Refresh to pull it now.
